Matthew Lytell has been a professional in the financial services industry for over 15 years.

After graduating from Syracuse University with dual majors in finance and marketing, Matthew Lytell began his career in the financial services industry with American Express Financial Advisors.  While with American Express, Matthew Lytell served in various capacities including: Financial Advisor, Training Manager, District Manager, and Vice President of a Region. 

Matthew earned numerous awards and was recognized as one of the top leaders in the company and one of the top 2% of Financial Advisors nationally.  Matthew Lytell also earned top Client Satisfaction scores. 

Matthew Lytell started with Raymond James in March of 2001 as Vice President and Director of Private Client Group Training and Development.  While at Raymond James, Matthew Lytell worked closely with the Financial Planning and Research Departments to help them better serve the needs of affluent clients.

Matthew Lytell attained the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) certification in 1994. In his career, Matthew has also attained the Certified Funds Specialist (CFS), Accreditied Asset Management Specialist (AAMS), and Chartered Mutual Funds Counselor (CMFC) designations.

Associations and Memberships

Matt Lytell serves on the boards of several organizations including: Sales and Marketing Executives of Tampa Bay (SME), and Athletes and Executives.

Additionally, Matt serves on the boards of several charities including The Smartfighter Institute and The Treasure Island Reef Project, as well as being active with Easter Seals and The American Cancer Society.
